✅ Candidate Requirements

✔ Degree, Diploma, ITI, or equivalent qualification relevant to the position

✔ Experience in commercial buildings, residential complexes, hospitals, hotels, airports, malls, industrial facilities, or high-rise buildings is highly preferred

✔ Indian experience will also be considered

✔ Strong knowledge of preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, MEP systems, HVAC, electrical, mechanical, and building operations

✔ Good communication skills and ability to work in a multicultural environment
