📋 CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS

To maintain our standards of excellence, candidates must meet the following criteria:

For Lead & Senior Roles: A minimum of 15 years of demonstrable experience in FEED and Detailed Engineering for large-scale EPC projects. ADNOC Onshore project experience is highly preferred and will be prioritized.
For Engineer & Designer Roles: A minimum of 8 years of experience in the Oil & Gas EPC sector.
Technical Excellence: Mastery of industry-standard software (AVEVA E3D, SP3D, Primavera P6) and deep knowledge of international engineering codes and standards.
Soft Skills: Strong interpersonal skills, energetic work ethic, and the ability to lead multidisciplinary teams.
