Exciting Career Openings for Experienced Professionals in Kuwait’s Oil & Gas / Refinery Sector

We are currently recruiting for a prestigious Oil & Gas Refinery Project in Kuwait. We are looking for highly skilled, experienced, and motivated professionals to join our team on a long-term basis. This is a great opportunity for candidates with strong refinery, petrochemical, or offshore/marine experience to advance their careers in the Gulf region.

Open Positions

1. Rotating Equipment Technician

Technical Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or relevant field
Minimum 10 years of hands-on experience
Proven expertise in rotary machine maintenance, troubleshooting, overhauling, and alignment of rotating equipment (pumps, compressors, turbines, etc.)
Experience in refinery or petrochemical plants is mandatory

2. Operation Control DCS/CCR – Marine / Offshore

Technical Diploma Degree
Minimum 12 years of experience in Marine / Offshore operations
Strong background in Loading / Offloading Vessels, Jetty, and Sea Island operations
Proven experience in managing refinery operations activities, DCS control systems, and Central Control Room (CCR) operations
Experience in Tank Farms and Marine Terminal operations is highly preferred

3. Electrical Supervisor

Engineering Diploma in Electrical Engineering
Minimum 15 years of experience
Extensive knowledge and hands-on experience with transformers, switchgear, electrical systems maintenance, and troubleshooting in refinery environments
Strong leadership and team supervision skills required

4. Instrument Supervisor

Engineering Diploma in Instrumentation / Electronics
Minimum 12 years of maintenance experience in Oil & Gas or Petrochemical industry
Expertise in field instruments, control systems, DCS, PLC, and instrumentation maintenance & calibration

Key Requirements for All Positions

Solid operational experience within Refinery, Petrochemical, or Oil & Gas plants
Demonstrated leadership capabilities and ability to work in a multicultural environment
Strong working knowledge of Sulphur Plants, Tank Farms, and Sea Island/Marine operations is a big advantage
Commitment to safety standards and procedures (HSE awareness)
Good command of English language

Location: Kuwait Project Duration: Long Term Work Schedule: Rotational basis (details will be shared during interview)
