We are currently seeking highly qualified and experienced professionals to join our team for an ongoing Engineering, Procurement, and Construction (EPC) Project. These positions are critical to the successful pre-commissioning and commissioning phases of the project. Candidates must demonstrate strong technical expertise, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced industrial environment.

- Instrument Pre-Commissioning Supervisor
- Instrument Pre-Commissioning Engineer
Job Overview
Selected candidates will be responsible for supporting the pre-commissioning, commissioning, calibration, and functional testing of instrumentation systems in a large-scale EPC project. The roles involve hands-on technical work (for Technicians), team leadership and coordination (for Supervisors), and technical oversight with advanced problem-solving (for Engineers). All positions require a strong understanding of instrumentation principles, relevant documentation, and industry best practices.
Minimum Qualifications and Requirements (Common to All Positions)
- Language Proficiency: Must be fluent in both spoken and written English (mandatory requirement).
- Employment Type: Willing to be engaged as a local hire (no expatriate package or benefits will be provided).
- Location: Project site (specific location will be communicated during the interview process).
- Availability: Immediate joining preferred due to the urgent nature of the project requirements.
Position-Specific Requirements
1. Instrument Pre-Commissioning Technician
Experience Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience for candidates holding a Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in a related engineering or technical field (e.g., Instrumentation, Electronics, Control Systems, or Electrical Engineering).
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience for candidates with only a High School certificate.
Technical Competencies:
- Hands-on experience in Instrument Pre-Commissioning, Commissioning, Calibration, Loop Checking, and Functional Testing.
- Thorough understanding of instrumentation drawings and documents, including:
- Piping and Instrumentation Diagrams (P&ID)
- Instrument Loop Diagrams (ILD)
- Instrument Data Sheets
- Ability to read, interpret, and execute work based on technical drawings and specifications.
- Strong practical skills in using calibration tools, test equipment, and following safety protocols.
2. Instrument Pre-Commissioning Supervisor
Experience Requirements:
- Minimum 8 years of relevant experience for candidates holding a Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in a related engineering or technical field.
- Minimum 10 years of relevant experience for candidates with only a High School certificate.
Technical & Leadership Competencies:
- Extensive experience in Instrument Pre-Commissioning, Commissioning, Calibration, Loop Checking, and Functional Testing activities.
- In-depth understanding of instrumentation drawings and documents, including P&ID, ILD, and Instrument Data Sheets.
- Proven ability to lead and supervise a team of technicians, ensure quality of work, and coordinate with other disciplines (e.g., Electrical, Mechanical, and Process teams).
- Strong organizational and communication skills to manage daily activities, prepare reports, and resolve technical issues on site.
Additional Advantageous Skills:
- Experience in using specialized software such as Vesamax, Wonderware, C/C++, and AutoCAD.
3. Instrument Pre-Commissioning Engineer
Experience Requirements:
- Minimum 8 years of relevant experience for candidates holding a Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in a related engineering or technical field.
- Minimum 10 years of relevant experience for candidates with only a High School certificate.
Technical & Professional Competencies:
- Comprehensive experience in planning, executing, and supervising Instrument Pre-Commissioning, Commissioning, Calibration, and Functional Testing activities.
- Advanced knowledge of instrumentation systems and the ability to interpret complex drawings, including P&ID, ILD, and Instrument Data Sheets.
- Capable of troubleshooting technical issues, preparing method statements, and ensuring compliance with project specifications and international standards.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently or as part of a multidisciplinary team.
Additional Advantageous Skills:
- Proficiency in using specialized software such as Vesamax, Wonderware, C/C++, and AutoCAD.
